Hotel Information

For the hotel, we have blocked off a set number of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Brentwood, CA for Friday, September 2nd and Saturday, September 3rd. The rates are $109 a night for a king room, and $119 a night for a double queen.

We found out the Hampton Inn also has 3 other wedding booked at it, so if it fills up you can also book here: Holiday Inn Express. We will still provide rides to/from both hotels. Please try to book the Hampton before trying the Holiday Inn.

Wedding Day Transportation

We will be taking care of transportation to and from the wedding for guests staying at the Hampton Inn. We want to make sure you have a good time and don't have to drive.

UPDATE: We are finding that transportation involving busses or limos is becoming very difficult so we have decided to get a fleet of taxis to and from the venue. We will have taxis coming to both the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express promptly at 5:15. There will be taxis also after the event at 11pm. Brentwood Weather

Normally in Brentwood it is quite warm. The average temperatures in August are 90 and in September 86 while the lows in August are 58 and in September 56. The chance of rain is quite low, at .03 inches on average in August and .24 inches in September. In the evening it can get cool, but the reception will be inside with heat lamps outside if it gets too cold.
